At present, contract managers have acquired great importance, since they are not only in charge of creating contracts but also they must follow up on everything agreed within the contract, always taking care of the interests of the company and ensuring that that the parties are fully satisfied after the completion of the agreement.
Contract managers must, at all times, analyze the possible scenarios that they may face during the execution of the contract, taking into account, of course, everything that has to do with the regulatory framework that governs the parties involved.
